Applicants aged 17 and under MUST apply for a children’s entertainment licence from their local council.

Here at Natural Stars we put the welfare and happiness of all our participants first – particularly our younger members.  All under 17s must be chaperoned throughout the children's beauty and talent pageant. Chaperones who are not the child’s parent / guardian MUST have CRB clearance.

Parents are urged to ensure that their child wants to enter the beauty and talent pageant, and will enjoy themselves!  We aim to have a fun event where no child under 12 goes away empty handed – everyone’s a winner!!!  We believe that all participants will gain confidence and have a great time! Every contestant is showing great strength of character by taking part in a beauty and talent pageant, and the experience will help them to build self-confidence and self-esteem.  Displaying their talent to the judges will give them confidence in performing and public speaking. This will help them to perform better at school and have a positive impact on their future. Entering a children's beauty and talent pageant may even help them to break into child modelling!
